Hello, I'm Linda Coppola, MHA, RN, IBCLC
I began my nursing career in the 1970s as a Registered Nurse (RN), and it didn’t take long for me to discover my passion for supporting new families. In 1994, I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), combining my clinical knowledge with my love for connection to guide and support parents through their breastfeeding journeys.
With over 30 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of building strong, trusting relationships with countless families. I strive to bring a calm presence, deep expertise, and an intuitive understanding of each family’s unique needs—qualities that have helped me become a trusted resource in my community.
In addition to working directly with families, I’ve also enjoyed mentoring aspiring IBCLCs, helping them gain the experience and confidence needed to earn their own certification.
And my greatest joy? Being a proud mom to three amazing children and a grandmother to five wonderful grandchildren.

About Peaceful Beginnings
At Peaceful Beginnings, we’re dedicated lactation consultants with a heart for supporting families on their feeding journeys.
Founded in 2007 by Linda Coppola, Peaceful Beginnings grew out of a deep passion for women’s health and breastfeeding. Linda began by working one-on-one with breastfeeding parents and babies—both in the hospital and in private settings.
Today, we continue that mission by offering personalized, compassionate lactation support from our cozy home office in Greensboro or in the comfort of your own home across the Triad—including Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, and Burlington.
At every stage, our goal is simple: to empower and support you and your baby with care that feels peaceful, personal, and informed.
