Essentials of Breastfeeding
An international board certified lactation consultant with over 30 years experience teaches this class. This is the first class in a two-part series. It is recommended that you sign up for both classes (Essentials of Breastfeeding and Breastfeeding After The Essentials)

Breastfeeding Support Group
This group is facilitated by a international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC)
This is not a typical support group; it is full lactation services in a group setting.
This small group enables moms who are faced with breastfeeding challenges to receive lactation consultation in a group setting with a lactation consultant. Each mother receives the support she needs as well as follow up as needed.
Who should attend this group?
Anyone who desires or needs the assistance of a lactation consultant. Some of the issues we assit with include, but are not limited to:
1. engorgement
2. plug milked ducts
3. difficulty with latch
4. slow or inadequate weight gain of the infant
5. sore or painful nursing
6. thrush
7. low milk supply
8. back to work issues, including breast pump rentals and purchases
9. reassurance
10. and more.................
Fee: $75.00 for 4 sessions or $25.00 drop in fee
